In the testing process,when the formation fluid flows up to the ground through the drilling rod (pipeline) or the tubing ,it must be directed to a separator and then to a burner in a controllable way. Such a system is called the ground control system,which is capable of safely and effectively controlling tne pressure and floerate of the fluid.
The controlhead,of which there are two types :the rotational and non-rotational ones,is connected to the top part of the testing pipe string .these two types of control head again fall into three categories according to the pressure that the control head bears,namely, models35Mpa、70Mpa and 105Mpa. The control head can allow the high-pressure fluid flow out as well as be pumped into the well.
The top part of the manifold used to control the fluid pressure and flowrate is connected to the control head,while its lower part is connected to the separator and the relief line.
The rated operating pressure of the derrick floor manifold falls into three models:35Mpa、70Mpa and 105Mpa.
Used for connecting the control head,derrickfloor manifold and relief pipeline,the mobile high-pressure manifold is a combination of specially manufacture and thickened seamless steel pipes,unions and swing elbows.

The mobile manifold should be regularly checked and lubricated.timely replacement of the seal rings and regular inspection of the hydraulic sealing are required to ensure the testing safety. |
